I still try to jump into memes or musebox every now and then, but I don't think I'm ever going to find a cast. The games that have casts are ones I'm not too interested in (the game premises themselves, not the casts), and I'd probably just rather play in the cnaon world anyway.

Also, all I play is Wu. They're the emaciated stepchild of the Dynasty Warriors fandom these days.

All of the Sun family minus Quan, Lu Meng, Ling Tong, Gan Ning, Lianshi, Ding Feng, and both Qiao sisters. Even willing to try Lu Xun. (Right there with you about SSX. That's why I play her from 5.)

also wow that is a lot of Wu. are you canon familiar with warriors orochi or samurai warriors?

I've played all the Orochi games. Never played SW3 since I didn't own a Wii, but I'm planning on getting 4 when it comes out.

I also am interested in a few Wei muses, particularly Dian Wei and Pang De. Yeah, the guys nobody else plays.

I have the Japanese version, and sw4 is pretty good! the sw games seem to continuously get better. (now dw on the other hand...)

i play Wang Yi and Sima Yi from Wei (though the latter might count to Jin, but Jin's basically Wei anyway)! I'm thrilled to know a Dian Wei and Pang De may tentatively exist, because yeah no one plays them. especially Dian Wei! everyone needs more of the broest character in wei

would you be up for museboxing/memes?

I think Wu has suffered in recent installments of dynasty warriors due tot them being really disconnected from the other factions, which is sad because they have awesome stuff in the orochi games, where a lot of them seem to shine.

also if I ever saw anyone playing Pang De I would be all over that. please try pang de out omg

I really feel like DW8 fixes that a bit, especially with the hypothetical story. But you're right, Koei kind of sucks at integrating them into the story.

I'm still trying to figure out a good username for him. Something involving "cringing."

well i guess rotk didn't integrate Wu into the story much themselves, but yeah

Pang De uses a wolf tooth mace (literally 狼牙棒) in DW7E and DW8, and teeth can cringe! that's all i've got
