only the BEST THING EVER anon. it's a sandwich/cracker spread made from cheddar cheese, mayo and a jar of diced pimetos (the little red things that they stick in olives). you can add other things to it like cream cheese, other types of cheeses, spices, and so on, but I go with a really sharp cheddar and light mayo and that's good enough for me

it's an exceedingly Southern type of food--they sell it premade in grocery stores down here, but it's super easy to make on your own. there are a ton of recipes, but I always just start off small and add a little bit more of everything until I get the consistency right.
