would you be intrested in Alvin from tales of Xillia series? because his whole character arc in the second game is about trying to turn over a new leaf after the events of his giant fuck ups in the first game. ~~though thankfully his realtionship with Leia is handled during the timeskip, sorta~~

and then there's Ivar too.

i might be interested! i'm a sucker for those stories, so i'll definitely look into it... i also adore the tales games i've tried. luke is also a good example of one that i adored too.

also one of his DLC costumes is Kratos from TOS

...and he kinda fucks up harder then Luke. maybe not to the same scale of people dead but luke never tried to shoot a party member. There's a long story why he did though.

alvin sounds like a good fit
