You were warned before it even began.

Really, it was a stupid time to do an even like that. People are busy at this time of year, they're not going to want to do a long winded event.

I've gotten a few threads started and would love to have more. But my team hasn't had many starters posted and the ones that are up are for settings where I already have threads going or settings I wasn't really interested in. I wrote starters for the ones I was interested in but some of them haven't been tagged so far.

I'm hoping I'll still get some late threads out of it. But I'm kind of wondering if this would have worked better without different areas. Some other teams did have starters posted for the things I wanted to play around with and I would have tried tagging them if it were possible to encounter people from different teams.

i think it should have just been limited to the random teams and not had the weird 8-person cap rule. that way there would have been only three groups and people would have more opportunities to thread.

there are a few people in the randomized group who are posting starters that i really wish i could tag.

Yeah, that might have helped. Teams are breaking off into pairs for threads anyway and it's not as if they're trying to do 4-way threads with everyone on the team. A few larger groups would have at least meant a greater chance of finding someone interested in threading for the same days.

my issue is how there's a new event every day

i think it should have been spaced out between a couple of days and with not so many events. hh is a slow-paced game it doesn't need that much
