new to the fandom so forgive me if i sound dumb or whatever but

since it's a consensus (from what ive seen via plurk) that the show kind of fails and is more or less painful to watch after 3a (in my opinion it's s2 but whatever), do people in games care if you app a character from previous seasons or........

Anyone who has a problem with you apping from an earlier season isn't worth playing with in the first place. Honestly, people would probably be happier with earlier season casts, means they wouldn't have to deal with problems brought in from the later seasons.

No one cares anon! And seriously, most casts would probably like it. Before Exit Void closed, I think their entire cast was almost exclusively season 2, and save one character, never canon updated, I think? So I don't think anyone will care.

Half right on exit void. The Scott, Jackson, Allison and Stiles were s2. The Lydia and Derek where 3a.

I'd appreciate anyone doing it if they were apping into a cast of mine. It'd make it easier to deal with.

most tw casts in games are scattered over the seasons, though it's not usual to see anyone play before s2. a lot of it is for plot reasons (character doesn't want to deal with stress/character plot from further seasons) and no one's going to fault you for that. there's a lot of stuff in later seasons that can be uncomfortable to play, or impossible if you're playing a character that's died.
