The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

man i'm getting tired of the 'jinora should have fought p'li instead of kai stop denying jinora's agency' bullshit the fandom's shitting out right now. jinora's not the type of person to do something like that when her father, uncle and aunt are busting their asses to make sure she can get away to safety. it's like they forget jinora's actual personality and are just trying to make her aang 2.0 (shocking for this fandom).

jinora may be an airbender and the daughter of tenzin, but she's still a kid under 12 and stuff. anyone who expects a little girl to be some perfect badass ot something has some whacked views of what ~women's agency~ actually is.
