Yep. Creators confirmed it along with being able to keep a custom Hawke. The one in the trailer was standard Lady Hawke with the nose mark.

The happiest thing about this for me is that it's lady Hawke. I mean I love dude Hawke too (as opposed to dude Shepard who is just bleh) but it's just so nice when Bioware does stuff like that.

And as far as the voice acting circlejerking goes: unpopular opinion, but Jennifer Hale just doesn't do it for me in this game. Yeah, Mark Meer kind of sounds bland, but Hale just sounds unnecessarily whiny/snarky in a lot of her Renegade dialogue while Meer actually sounds menacing.

Of course, this has nothing to do with Dragon Age, but tbh, after the shitstorm that was DAII, Inquisition still has a lot of work to do to convince me to buy it.

honestly I love Mark Meers deadpan. it makes so many lines unintentionally hilarious because it makes certain lines come out morbidly humorous.

I liked it too! I played as both when I first got the game, but she caught my eye in the trailer as soon as she appeared.
