former mod here, but I know I'd always shoot a heads-up to the rest of the mods if I was doing some serious housecleaning on the lists, partly because it's common courtesy, partly so that we aren't doin the same work at the same time

it sounds like the maintenance mod has that job regularly, why would she shoot a heads up about a job she's supposed to do regularly? and the other mod put the lists together, that's not serious housecleaning
