rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Careful about naming favorites. Some assholes always comes around to piss all over them.

So fuck them. If I got namedropped as a fave, I'd care way more about the fact that somebody enjoys my CR than I will about any jellybabies who can't stand to see that people like other people instead of them or have the audacity to like people they don't, which is what that always boils down to.

Saying as someone who has been named a favorite I'd rather the person tell me that unanon via a PM or plurk rather than do an anon declaration. Mainly because I like to fly under the anon radar and don't want any notice, positive or negative.

ia have been named as a fave. i don't mind anon love. it's nicer to have a face attached to know who to thank for positive feedback. anon is fine, though.

the larger point is that different people are comfortable with different things, and that's ok. if something would specifically bother you, it's a good thing to communicate un-anon so your friends don't inadvertently embarrass you.
