Talk to her about it? If she's coming off as hostile to you or your character ask them "Hey, is there something I'm doing that's bothering you?" or something like that. If it turns out they just don't want to thread with you or your character, then that's just the way it is. If people crit you on the two not interacting, explain to them in private that "such and so would prefer not to play with me/[character]."

It could be that that's just how they speak to others and don't realize that they sound hostile or that they're not sure how to go about interacting with that specific version of your character. OOC communication is really important when it comes to stuff like this and it doesn't help either of you to just guess if something is actually going on or not.
