This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Depends on the disability. If they cannot so much as twitch a finger to do something to support themselves, then no. If they are so mentally disabled that legally they cannot even make a decision for themselves and are not considered fit to go out in public without a caregiver, then no. If they are placed in a care facility because they cannot even be left alone for a time without supervision, then no.

Sorry if that makes me a shitty person but someone who is a danger to themselves and others isn't exactly an adult.
