rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Same. I think they're being inconsiderate to their team. I know there are players who would love to make their characters a captain but don't have the time, thus decided against it.

But I guess that's also why there are four team captains. If anyone's being slow, the rest can pick up the slack.

Team Orange seems to be full of flakes, not just the captains. Purple team's captains are all newbies and a flake. Based on the responses to the thread things will either get dropped a lot with them or boomeranged. Pink also seems to have a few flakes. Red could go either way (time zones maybe?).

Maybe it is time zones or that the most obnoxious and self-important ones feel the need to comment?

i don't see the problem with newer characters beyond not knowing their tagging habits too well. in some cases i don't think characters would follow some of them either because they have no network presence or are unknown. i wish players would take that sort of thing into consideration when signing up for this. so +1 to self importance and big heads?

holly heights had always been a game filled with people with big heads and flakes. this is kinda old news.

idk i would call rin, kaede, kirigiri, kyouko, edgeworth, elliot, ema, and gau (unless you have a dick) flakes. i don't get why the switzerland posted either when they keep apping and flaking out. do they really think no one else would want it and they'd force him for some reason?

that isn't half the game. these people also aren't just flakes but a good portion of them are selective taggers. or if you're auste you keep apping to new games when you can't even keep up and regularly tag the ones you're already in.

i won't shit on people who like them because i like some of them but a lot of them need to learn how to prioritize, stop apping to new games with new characters and not show favoritism as heavily as they do. we all play with our friends more than others and there isn't anything wrong with that. boomeranging tag for a week with your friends and ignoring everyone else for that week and giving them one tag whenever your friends are offline is not ok.

tl,dr stop excusing flakes. there's the difference between being a slow tagger and being a flake.

Hi, yes, probably a bad idea to say anything here but if any of you would like to bring anything to my attention or rreally have a huge problem with my signing up for the position please let me know on my HMD?

I would like think that I am approachable regarding these types of things and if others don't see it that way I'd like to be able to change that. This has been a very hard year for me thus far and I am trying to make things better, I was very excited for the event and saw it as an opportunity to improve and work on my activity. If it's really a problem for other people I can remove myself because I don't want to spoil any fun for other people.

i'm going to do this here where it can't be screened.

if you really feel this way, then you SHOULD step down. i have seen your activity for more than just this year and it's never been good. you seem to make the bare minimum and you do it with friends for the most part. what would possess you to put your character into an active leadership position when you barely scrap by and barely tag out except maybe at the beginning or ends of the month? start by tagging other people on the network or in events before you take charge of things.

the place to "improve and work on" your activity is not an event where you need to be relied on and you may not (probably will not) deliver. you don't gain trust by being selfish and taking a spot where someone who actually tags could be. being a leader doesn't instantly get you cr and doesn't instantly prove anything with activity. there are plenty of posts right now (including the welcome log) that you could be tagging on and i don't see you in any of them.

Certainly not meaning to argue, but I do have active threads in many of the open posts that went up. I've been tagging into new things and continuing to tag, but I understand what is being said here. I do have a thread-tracking post if you would like to look at it and I am truly apologetic over this entire situation.

The intent wasn't to be selfish, the intent was to have fun and play in a game that I enjoy. I'm assuming that everyone else that volunteered also had the same intent, that being said I will step down since people (though you are the first to actually reply to this) do seem to feel so strongly about this.

I'm not sure who you are, but if I've ever dropped a thread with you or done anything that offended you on a deep level I truly am sorry. Thank you for your feedback.
