Do not try to police whether another mun's character is IC or OOC. Characterization should be consistent, when playing, but character interpretation varies greatly and can be very personal. It is the right of the mun to decide who their muse is and isn't.

there is nothing worse than having a castmate who is completely ooc and the fact there's shit here that can be done about it.
