Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

I'm pretty sure it's because the rest of us assumed that once we were out of the arena we were out unless it was a special mentor arena. Which this one could have been and then Yami and Lisa could have had all the drama they wanted without calling attention to themselves.

idk dude 'i didn't think of it so didn't ask' isn't really the same thing as mod favoritism.

lack of mod clarity, more so. but this plot doesn't just involve them, so clearly more than 2 people want their drama and guilt. in the drama games.

no, but if you were in a game where people were separated into teams would you just assume you could randomly switch teams if you just asked for it? it's kind of a kick in the ass to the world building that's been done and I can see why people wouldn't think it's possible.

...yes? if I asked the mods and they said no, then I'd assume it was no.

People can opt characters out at any time, so yeah, I'd think you could work something out if you asked.

(Anonymous) 2014-05-11 04:20 am (UTC)(link)
it's also in the faq that you can opt out at any time.

with the amount the mods say they are open to anything, if I wanted to, I'd at least ask.

but not thinking to ask also isn't weird, I can see why you wouldn't. that's why I mentioned communication issues.

it just seems odd to jump to mod favoritism because nobody else bothered to ask. that isn't the mods issue. like I said way up there, to me, mod favoritism is when mods give things to their favorites that others can't access.

although one of those people isn't in yami's circle, one only arguably is, and ones anon...so what?

it's not like there's a minimum of comments that can be posted so you can be flooded out of your turn. and you don't need to even log in, so any worries of "retribution" are ridiculous.

a thousand people can pat her butt, and it doesn't dilute your concerns. if they are valid, they'll stand on their own. or they won't.
