rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

I don't think you realize that most of the people that were into planning this handwaving arent the types to drown mod plurks with fanning. I think this had nothing to do with steamrolling over players and more to do with actually agreeing on what happened so that players aren't making 20 different assumptions.

That's the impression I got and I'm not sure what you're getting at since you derailed into people being excited about this rp. This had nothing to do with being too excited or over-plotting.

if you're concerned about inconsistencies in your meta, then why can't you just make one between you and your group? don't you guys realize that maybe, just maybe, there are people who don't want anything to do with you guys or with your characters?

Uh I don't know if you've been paying attention to the thread, but that's what they were trying to do before everyone came up and started complaining about it. They specifically said that people were free to just ignore it and do their own thing, or join in if they wanted to. I think anons are being whiny and entitled, as per usual. Let everyone have their own fun.

Are you trying to make an argument out of nothing? It seems like people are whining about feeling pressured to participate when people aren't actually actively pressuring anyone to do anything. It's all in your guys' heads and you have no one to blame but yourselves.
