Oh beautiful, for spacious posts

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

i'm convinced everyone on the picture prompt memes just look for the most confusing mix of stuff they can possibly find

I once used results from a google search for 'picture unrelated' so yes, yes I can confirm some of us do this.

i've definitely tried this

admittedly because i just wanted to see if they tagged back

i don't try to confuse but i do have a different mix so either you can try to string them to a bigger story or pick and choose

i hate just having one option in a coherent story especially if it doesn't pique my interests

sorry if i've done that to you anon

I have a method on pic prompt memes, it's to leave one pic that could be interpreted as a setting, another that indicates some action being taken or a strong mood to bring into the thread, and usually a third with a quote or some kind of text that relates to the mood/emotional tone or the relationship between the characters. It works pretty well for getting responses and the other player usually seems to get what I was going for. I don't get the confusing mix either, prompts should be the same as a starter tag i.e. something that grounds the scene/mood for the other player.
