Anyone ever get in touch with the mod working on this to figure out if they plan on pursuing it? Because I really want some Wild West flavored JRPG action up in this place.

Honestly, this is the first time I've seen anyone say that Wild ARMS is a neckbeard-prone canon. Usually, it's certain other canons that get called "neckbeardy." I'd be curious to know why you say that, but I guess that's better left to wankgate.

So instead: why would you get the feeling a Wild ARMS game would have low app standards?

Better yet: what would you want to see on an application that would make it not have low app standards?

frankly not all of us like him or want to play with him. his virginia is as stale as cardboard and we all know how annoying he is to deal with ooc.

don't ask me. this is the first i'm hearing of this fandom bringing all the neckbeards to the yard

as if the label needed to become any more meaningless

there's that one xf player who was on the last roll call. i remember them from lj. they ship-pushed f/f pretty hard and had no interest in wanting to play with anyone unless they could ship it.

i've met a few enthusiasts that were pretty neckbeardy but none that play from it as far as i know.

i can't help but feel that this is a zero-sum game

Considering that the dates on those comms have 2012 on them, there was one post per community before silence, and they haven't said anything in the last two years about the game to the best of my knowledge I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume that they don't have any plans to pursue it.

I like Wild ARMs too, but anon. Let it go. Or, better, be the mod we all need and make a Wild ARMs game of your own.

Actually that's part of the reason why I was asking, maybe they wouldn't mind handing over the keys to the comms to someone who will make it happen.
