Unfunny wanky stereotypes

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

except saying "you need to stop whispering because it makes me nervous" implies that she couldn't hear what was being said so your point is null and void

so she's not allowed to calmly express her concerns and ask two people to stop doing something that was making her uneasy? i'm sorry, i didn't realize that actual interaction was against the law. i'm also willing to bet that that calm and rational backtalk by anon wasnt as calm and rational as they said and that they're amping up the overreaction because everyone on this site is hyperbolic.

yes i'm sure they were talking about licking his balls, too.

you are bending over backward to be the devil's advocate here, and it's kind of ridiculous.

examples, anon. i doubt that's what they were saying, but they could have been talking inappropriately. it's not like i haven't heard people saying completely inappropriate for public things on public transportation before.

If it's not illegal, not against the rules of the location, and not behavior that would be considered to be unacceptable by the vast majority of people (I.E. kicking the back of the seat, putting their feet or luggage in her space)? Then no, she doesn't have the right to ask them to stop doing anything. That's just a part of being in public - you're around other people doing things that you don't have any control over.

seriously. if you don't like hearing people whispering about whatever, then drive a car. or take a taxi.

right, because a handful of change for a bus is totally the same as paying insurance and gas for a car or whatever exorbitant fee it is for a cab. entitled rich person alert.

no, i'm just sick of having people who take public transit acting like they deserve all the luxuries of a private vehicle but fine.

Take a walk
Ride a bike
Carpool
Get a family or friend with more money than you to drive you
Use headphones/earmuffs
Move to another train car/seat on the bus
