this. if you know this is a problem you have, you should be the one taking steps to correct it, not forcing random strangers to comply with your weird drama. there is zero obligation for people to not talk or whisper in a PUBLIC SPACE just because it "freaks you out".

if they were talking in a library or a place where talking isn't allowed you can complain, but otherwise suck it the fuck up.
