Unfunny wanky stereotypes

LOL yeah part one manga can be just as quality as the anime sometimes. You can try Mangastream but as a note- I haven't read a lot of early chapters here and Mangastream gets a little... liberal, with their translations (more so an issue "recently" I believe but worth being aware of). The pages are usually cleaned up really well though, nice for icons at least!

inc already beat me to it but a filler list helps! The pacing in part 2 goes to hell pretty much, I usually don't bother with the anime myself aside from watching character relevant episodes/arcs but I still wouldn't say it's bad! Filler pads out canon events pretty decently most of the time and definitely adds more to characters who don't get a lot of panel time in the manga. WHY NOT BOTH.

It's definitely a lot easier to follow fights in the anime though, I have a hard time sorting out pages of action lines too haha

(also what a great character you play)

Thank you! I'll check Mangastream out. There's gotta be a line between leaving a ton of words in Japanese with irritating translator's notes (keikaku means plan) and being too liberal, haha. (On the whole I don't mind liberal translations too much, though.) Somehow I've already gotten myself reading and watching.

God knows I watched all the One Piece filler, but it might be something I skip for now and go back and watch later in this case.

GOOD I'm glad I'm not alone... right now I'm still reading stuff I've already watched animated and I'm following it fine but I'm getting the feeling I'll be more confused when I get ahead with the manga (if that ever happens, idk).

(ditto kakashi!)

Mangapanda does better with translations later on (though they have left out entire speech bubbles before and some things are still wtf worthy) but I think Mangastream is pretty hilarious with the decisions they make sometimes even if they're not 100% correct. When you're caught up it's not so bad checking both sites once a week but just starting out sticking with one has got to be easier haha.

Pick and choose the filler, even some episodes during filler hell weren't completely terrible, even if only for the comedic nonsense factor. Just don't sit through 100 some episodes of it in a row no one deserves that.
