Unfunny wanky stereotypes

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

I'm considering playing a character who relies heavily on anonymity, mostly because he's a computer program (Edge from Remember Me, if you're curious), and I was wondering what I should do about icons, since there really isn't material for him. I'm leery of picking up a PB for him, because canonly no one has ever seen his face and I would kind of like to keep that theme.

Is he going to be humanized in game?

If so, I'd go for a human PB but would fill most of the icon slots with shots where you can't see the PB's face -- dramatic shadow, positioning (head turned away, e.g.), hidden by a hood or scarf, etc.

If not, grab some computer-screen-type icons, like of chat windows or command lines, and run with it.

if you're planning on having him interact with people face-to-face ever, i'd go ahead and pick out a pb anyway, if just so that people have something to refer to if their characters ever need to know skin/hair/eye color or whatever. but otherwise, ia with above anon. vague icons with lots of shadow or negative space would work.
