Unfunny wanky stereotypes

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

I play from the manga solely because I hate living in filler hell. There's one stretch that goes on for 80+ episodes that is purely filler and it really sucks.

Saying that, I do flesh out a few little quirks with anime stuff because it's fun!

Sadly, I haven't found any other places to really read it from the beginning other than mangapanda. There are a few torrents out there if that's your thing though...

gdi, i was afraid of that. the naruto wiki doesn't even have a good episode guide like the one piece wiki does that clearly marks which arcs are filler (and can thus be skipped) and lays out exactly where specials/movies/OVAs go. i was pretty bummed to discover that. :(

i generally hate reading manga because i... guess i'm too stupid to follow the action very well? i'm trying anyway because holy shit, 80 episode filler arc....

i might try looking for those if this gets any worse. right now it isn't a big deal because i've already seen this part animated. thank you anon!! i don't know any narutos somehow so i have nobody to ask about this stuff. :(

and now i'm curious, who do you play?

Thank you so much, anon!! This is going to be such a big help. At the rate I'm going, I'll be needing this really soon.

And I'm going off anon since... why not.

I am trying not to be sarcastic with this, but have you checked your local library?

Haha, yeah, I should have mentioned that. My local library is pretty bizarre and carries only random volumes of really obscure titles.

I could probably check at the Denver Public Library but it's so fricken hard to get down there and park without paying a bunch of money. I'll probably break down and do it anyway.

hmmm well you can check mangapark but I don't know if its a different team or not.

If your library has an interlibrary loan system, checking through the catalogue and putting the titles you want on hold to be picked up at your local library might be the easiest way to get your hands on them.

Most small, local libraries with unusual collections have reciprocal agreements with larger library systems in the area in order to let them offer more titles to their town than they can afford to carry themselves!
