Unfunny wanky stereotypes

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

I haven't been on the RP scene in a while, so could someone tell me about any games that are network heavy as opposed to log heavy? I think first person comments would be a little easier for me personally to stick my toes back into the waters of RPing.

Game subject doesn't matter as much. Jamjars, AUs, curse shenanigans, horror, sex, slice of life, whatever

You're going to get a million wiseguys chiming in with the same thing but these days it's easier to ask for network light than heavy.

all games ever made

when you say log, do you actually mean prose? nearly every game is first person bracket-style heavy rather than prose heavy, these days.

if you mean specifically talking over magical devices rather than face to face... most games, still, yeah. you could try holly heights for a real basic setting. off the top of my head, city of ariel (sex game) and exitvoid (horror game) have a preference for prose/content heavy logs, so steer clear of those.
