honestly i would look around in richmond. there's tons of little electronics stores in the strip malls where you might be able to find a good deal, especially if you haggle a bit. it may not be as legit but that's where you go for price > quality.

otherwise, i do endorse ncix or even best buy. i know, i know, best buy, but i found my laptop there for a decent price and it's still gamin' on after 4 years.

you can actually find some good deals in retail tech places! also there are tons of computer stores along bridgeport road, if you're ever in that area.
