I would argue that the First Doctor and Rory tag out a lot but I agree on the rest.

In return nominate AOT cast (minus Erwin) for clique-y.

i don't know about cliquey but "incredibly inactive" for sure.

When they do tag it's usually just in their cliques

considering the fact that every time i try to tag out to a new person, especially a newbie, they drop the thread in a couple days and then drop the game or just go idle the very next ac, i don't really blame anyone for being "cliquey" and sticking to people they know won't flake out on them.

it's a vicious cycle.
