rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

i know it sounds harsh, but unless that person is someone i consider an actual, close friend (not just an internet acquaintance), i'd slowly but steadily get the fuck out of there.

i'm no therapist, i'm here for playing. if that isn't happening in a way that works for both parties, i'm out.

Thank fuck I feel kinda justified for thinking this way now.

I think I'll slowly distance myself once I find someone else to play the ship. That might take a while, anyhow.

and i will say that even if this were a close friend that "i'm afraid of people leaving" rings alarm bells for me

they may truly feel this way, but that line is one that is used to trap people intentionally or not in black hole relationships
