just be extremely upfront with everyone that you tag with. put an opt out post up first thing, warn ooc any time you're going to bring up something awful in a tag, be open and understanding and willing to work with people who don't want to deal with those themes.

he doesn't have to be everyone's new bff, but if he flayed literally everyone he knew then he'd never survive long enough to be the person that he is. there are going to be characters that he's not openly hostile with.

basically never be afraid to tread too lightly ooc as far as making sure people are okay with things goes
