what do you do to cheer yourselves up by yourself/without interacting with people, anons

i feel like total shit and usually solve that by social stuff but really don't trust myself to be around people right now

TBH, I tend to listen to the saddest/angriest/most neurotic songs I can find to mentally burn it off and slowly translate through bittersweet to more soothing and/or happy musuc.
