if it's a turn on then it has a sexual god damn aspect. you can't say "it has nothing to do with sex" if it's a sexually arousing experience for one of the characters

it might not be especially sexual or enjoyable for the character, but the player can get a sexual thrill out of it. like crossdressing or forced feminization outside of a sex scene, for instance, although that's common so it's probably not op's kink.

I also know there's a few anons who get off to serious injury and death to their characters, which while present in many games, is something you have to be careful with.

most people would not see sneezing as explicitly sexual and yet some people have a kink for it

i meant things people wouldn't normally see as explicitly sexual, like that anon with scuba gear
