I'm really enjoying this show. I was pretty uncomfortable through that first episode, but as it went on I really started to like the characters. I was hesitant to give it a chance after seeing what a lot of people had to say about it, but I'm glad I did. It's kind of a fun show.

why? i keep meaning to give this series a chance, but if it's like that one other series that suddenly had a rape in the middle, i don't wanna get invested

there's a highly questionable mother/daughter massage. it's not explicitly sexual, but it's framed in such a way that it looks sexual, and trigger couldn't decide if it wanted people to be uncomfortable or pander to them.

Yeah, it was a little like that.

I dropped Valvrave on principle after THAT scene. A little torn about doing the same here though.

I was really enjoying this show, too. I want to say Trigger was trying to make people uncomfortable because Satsuki's behavior in that scene just feels so unlike her. It also made her mom seem that much more creepy and unsettling, which I think she's supposed to be.

I think I'll keep watching because the show got better the more I watched it and I hope it keeps doing so even after that.
