i wonder what triggered it. the show's coming back in a bit and we have some rarer muses but it's still a bit of a boom

Having fun family feels on the test drive and chatting about it on plurk. not to mention it's a pretty great canon and I'm looking forward to finally playing in it somewhere now that I've found a character I feel comfortable playing. You have two people chatting about it and then a third comes in and likes the sound of it and they talk to a friend who plays so and so who joins in and then plans are made and ideas are tossed around and it's like some weird reserve/apping virus.

In this canon's case, I think having some rarer muses apping in (i.e. Joffrey, Viserys) helped a lot. You can find people playing Starks and Daeneryses for days, but in canon with as many characters as ASOIAF, there's always going to be some rarer ones you yearn to play against.
