looking to play a mystic somewhere. are there any casts around?

amatomnes there is a large Dynasty Warriors cast: Cai Wenji, Guan Xing, Guan Yinping, Guo Jia, Xingcai, Xu Shu and Zhang Bao.
At

exitvoid there is a small Samurai Warriors cast: Mitsunari and Yukimura.
At

exsilium there is a lone Dynasty Warrior: Cao Cao.
At

high_seas there is a small Samurai Warriors cast and one from Kessen II: Kai, Mitsuhide, Motochika and Xun Yu.

There are probably more out there.

As someone who doesn't want to play in a smut game (I'm okay with smut, I just want other stuff more), it's pretty disconcerting that the only Dynasty Warriors cast is in Amat. Looks like I'll be a lone canon warrior.

If you're lucky you might attract a cast by virtue of your presence. Otherwise, being a lone canon warrior isn't so bad. There just aren't as many Warriors being played in games as there used to be, especially outside of sex games.

If you start a cast, the likelihood is that they will come. The fandom is fairly small in terms of RP, that's the main issue. But if it's a game that grabs people's interest, you likely won't be alone for long.
