i get rp is an activity in which a lot of us invest feelings, that we get involved with the people we engage with, that we treat them as friends or something close to that. but choose your fucking battle. get whiny because someone you thought was your internet bff turned out to only be on your plurklist to spill feets for wankgate or something, don't come here to cry that people aren't responding to your plurk memes.

look, this is what it boils down to: if you think i'm being an asshole or 'irrationally upset' (what?) for calling out what i perceive to be whiny behavior, fine. it's your point of view. express it. you're as entitled to calling me an asshole as i am to calling op whiny.

i wasn't the anon who mentioned the full inbox, but i was the anon who asked op if their life was so perfect this was their biggest concern - rest very sure, i expected and still expect the answer to that to be a sound 'no,' because whose life is? but that's precisely the point you seem to be missing: this is such petty shit and not worth anyone's time even for stuff like whining, and us tacitly encouraging people to keep at it (or worse yet, telling them they are sooooooo right) won't ~invalidate their feelings now~, but it will keep them locked in a negativity spiral where they self-condition themselves to think this kind of thing is worth the whining and stress.
