Potential new player here, with some questions about the game!

- What kind of speed is Box (if someone could give me an estimate of how many posts happen per day/week, that would be useful)
- How backtag friendly are the players?
- Do OCs have an okay time getting CR and tags? I know OCs will always need to work harder to tag out and I'm fine with that, but is it relatively smooth-going to play one here?
- I know Box is a horror game and gore is going to be a thing that happens, but are most players generally good with communicating what's going to happen in a particularly gruesome thread and talking out boundaries with one another? I'd be interested to hear from anons how much planning and communication tends to go into their own threads

It's about medium paced for the most part, can pick up a lot during events though. There are typically quite a few posts during the week, but event stuff is typically kept in the event logs, so you won't get flooded with a ton of event stuff.

The game's insanely backtag friendly. I just recently finished backtagging some threads on my character's intro which was a few months ago.

We're actually very OC friendly from what I've seen? We have a fair few, people seem really willing to play with them, and if the test drive is any indication, we might be getting a lot more soon. I haven't had or heard of any bad experiences with any of our OCs either.

For the most part, there does seem to be a lot of OOC communication about gore things? I haven't really taken part in much of it on my own, but I've seen a lot of planning on Plurk and in the CR memes we've had.

OCs do great, i think! all the ones we have are included in things and tagged and have a good amount of cr
from what i've seen, it's usually (always?) discussed or warned for, and people discuss things that're going to happen a lot, regardless of the subject matter.
