sometimes i get these weird-feeling curly hairs even though i have wavy hair. they look like this http://i.imgur.com/dPXJUDS.png about that size too (my hair is past shoulder length).

what are they? is my hair damaged or something? i don't know how to google this without getting info about actual curly hair

it's not very common for me but i find them maybe once a month and it's weird and kind of annoying
