I think they can fit the whole part into 26 episodes with some minor cuts. First episode sets it up, maybe Kakyoin in it. If not then Kakyoin in the 2nd and they are off and running by episode three, with Tower of Gray being the third ep. The rest of the episodes are one fight per each of them with the last two-three episodes for DIO's World.
