a true open-world anti-jamjar similar to what Distant Skies was, but with no pre-defined "hub" world

characters can create a hub of their own and there's a few existing places that'd work well, and characters ARE compelled to leave their homeworld at game start, but nobody wakes up in a new place to start out

reason being is that despite DS' great premise, people very seldom left Citigazze which sucked

in addition to that -- everyone can learn weird powers even if they don't have any, and basically anything goes. you reallllly want to play out boring slice of life shit? There's a 1950s america just over the hll for you. You want to be God? Well, go over there and do it.

I'm trying to put together an AU of a villain for a modern day AU game, and I want him to be a successful business executive, preferably in the financial industry.

Guy made his fortune in the 1980s by ruthlessly performing hostile takeovers of rival companies, and currently is the CEO of an incredibly wealthy investing firm. He is a dick, and the sort to steamroll the little guy for his own benefit.

I basically want finances & business 101 here, so I don't sound like a total idiot when I'm talking about his job or how much money and power he actually has. I also want to know some possible evil things he can do... paying off the police might be a big part of this game.

hey, i just brought up word counts because the ad reminded me of those being a huge deal.

what she seems to want is a paragraph consisting of four sentences, and that once a day. that's not much at all. as in: that is really not an insane requirement to meet. aaaand it is her ad, so she really doesn't need to be considerate. i mean, part of the point of searching for a psl partner is to find someone who actually matches your preferences, even regarding speed.

THAT being said, she still sounds condescending, unpleasant, and i wouldn't go near her with a ten-foot-pole because of that alone, low quality of the ideas completely aside.

This is Bianca, a 4(?) year old Chihuahua, sleeping in her Christmas outfit. Not 100% sure of her age since she was a rescue, but she's the sweetest thing and loves to sit in everyone's lap and cuddle.

Scarecrow doesn't really have a lot of good arcs. There's a trade out right now called Batman: Prey where Hugo Strange tries to manipulate Crane and it bites him in the ass. That's about the best Scarecrow story I think I've seen.

He's got a lot going on in New 52 lately, but that's really hit and miss.

Honestly, Arkham Asylum's video game and the BTAS episode Over the Edge are probably the main things I'd recommend. Fear toxin is a hell of a drug.

Is it the one at the Box?

Final Crisis: Rage of the Red Lanterns has his first appearance, you can pretty much read forward from there through the various Lantern books. He pops up a fair bit in them.

This is anon who said that they wanted to rp Amakata-sensei in the last post. I also have an interest in writing for Sasabe.

They are both very interesting character types, but I feel that I'd have to rely too much on head-canon to play either. Oh well, here's hoping the next season will reveal more of their background.

- Scorpius (Farscape): I'm not nearly smart enough to play him, let alone keep him interesting and with stuff to do in a game
- Krory (D.Gray man): fandom is past its highlight and people seem to think every remaining DGM rper is a weird creep :(
- Anthy (Revolutionay Girl Utena): too intimidating, she's so amazing and complex I'd never be able to do her justice
