A preboot Count Vertigo... never thought I'd see someone with an interest in rping him.

I'd have to agree with wanting to see a Mad Hatter. Though, it really depends on what version. A few imaginings of Mad Hatter are... interesting, to say the least. I made a BTAS Mad Hatter account once. Never found a good place to play him though :(

I haven't finished reading all of Ostrander Suicide Squad yet--which is a sin for a Deadshot rp-er, I know--but I read a blog that contained scans of panels throughout the run. While canon-reviewing for this dude, I'd read a lot about Count Vertigo and I came out with some respect for the character. I think that he was severely underwritten after Suicide Squad--like his country was razed by the Spectre, but I haven't found much in Green Arrow or JSA that directly addressed his psychological state after this huge loss; I would want to do an rp-portrayal that keeps all of the Ostrander psychological depth but also uses the silly, non-badass, easily-defeated bits that were common in his non-Suicide Squad appearances.

I also think Jervis' comics-counterpart is unlikable and prefer the BTAS version--because they practice restraint with the character portrayal. Anon, you could totally throw him around on a meme when you have the time. :) (I'd totes be willing to tag you and pretend some of the weirder aspects of the Gail Simone version didn't happen.) There are, I think, two American McGee Alices that I see pop around Bakerstreet and a Jervis interacting with them would be awesome. Although it can be dull, the TFLN meme has a pretty welcoming atmosphere, if you just want to throw him on randomly to test the waters--I personally think that the other Arkham alums are pretty friendly, if you want to have Jervis reply to a text of theirs.
