it's live-action, but the being human has ghosts, vampires, and werewolves in it! go with the uk version, it's the original and the best one.

I'd be amazed if you don't know about them both already, but Sylvanas Windrunner from Warcraft and Sarah Kerrigan from Starcraft.

Note: You don't have to play WoW to play Sylvanas. Warcraft III and its expansion will do just fine.

The character you are looking for is Duane Adelier from Unsounded (http://unsoundedcomic.com). An intelligent zombie who was a wright (read: mage) in life, holding his rotting-out-from-under-him body together with spells and magic items. May not be great for smut, though, since his soft tissues have long since rotted away.

Arguably also Murkoph from the same, who is likewise an intelligent zombie. Possibly better for smut,and a way bigger asshole, but we've seen a lot less of him and it's unclear just what his deal is as of yet.
