the problem from this is that it's a blindside. they expected to be able to use these foodstamps and have budgeted accordingly and now that's been fucked because of the cut/glitch.

it'd be like someone stealing your wallet with your last fifty bucks in it that you'd set aside for the last week before your payday. yeah, you'll live, but it's pretty fucking inconvenient when you weren't expecting to be suddenly broke.

And those poor people are usually getting by on one cup of instant noodles a day, vastly undernourished, etc.

Either that or you have a very weird perception of "poor" and you're thinking of lower middle class where food stamps would supplement a small food budget.
