do you think it's hypocritical of me to think that this person is incredibly self-absorbed for not saying two words to me during the worst experience of my life (seriously ill, in and out of the hospital 5 times in the last two months), while they simultaneously claim to other people that they're a good friend of mine? maybe I'm just selfish, but it would have been nice to hear some encouragement from them. instead, they used my illness as a springboard to tell everyone they were sick too, but they appear to be fine, so it was like a...1 day sickness, or something

I do think its weird for me to go "but what about ME" while claiming they're the self absorbed one, but I was really fucked up physically and can't help but feel a little...butt chafed by the whole thing

So what's a non-godmode way of getting two characters who are complete strangers interacting? Not through A Magic Network, but face-to-face? I don't really want to have mine do the BUMPS INTO YOU thing to the other one since that's boring as all hell, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also inb4 plot with the other player -- tried, it just devolved into a "oh no whatever you like" thing so whatever, let me at least just get them interacting first in the hope that something strikes their creativity as well.

Pretty much anything related to Daisuke Moriyama that's hard to find, but in particular I'm really lusting after an art book he did for Chrono Crusade a few years ago called Magdalen Order.

Someone sent me a private message on tumblr the other day telling me it was on Yahoo! Auctions and I was really happy they did, but I just couldn't justify bidding on it because I have too many bills to pay so I had to let it slip on by. :(

I find it so irritating when people are into you and act so clingy. I reply to 25% of the texts I receive. No I'm not. No I don't hate you. Yes when I invited you to hang out with us the other night it wasn't out of pity. No I don't care about your self esteem issues. Either buck the fuck up or buck the fuck out. I can't make you like yourself and I'm too into self preservation to bother trying. Yes the neverending stream of texts looking for my approval get weird.

Like this guy is tons of fun in real life but I swear to god if I get one more novel length text about how he feels like I'm over our friendship bc I don't reply to every stupid thing he sends me I am done. And yes I have straight up told him how frustrated it makes me when he does this and that it makes me feel less compelled to talk with him.
