Because the show is recent and the comics came out in the nineties?

Exactly. The show is recent and accessible - it probably also factors in that DC doesn't pay attention to the YJ comics portrayals anymore. There was an Anita at Luceti for a few months or so last year if I recall correctly, she just sadly didn't last.

I gotta admit, I do kinda want to play a comics Inertia against a show-Bart Allen, just because I think that kind of thing makes for interesting CR. I didn't even know the YJ show had Bart in it until I saw someone apping him recently!

The cartoon's Bart was very different, but not so different that it wouldn't be interesting. It's a shame there aren't more YJers around, it feeds my nostalgia.

i'd offer myself up as a show-bart but my rp plate is kind of full of right now. but i hope you get to do it one day, anon!
