Uhh

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

Have there been rumors of one opening up, or are you just hankering to see one?

Maybe the game, like mountains, doesn't actually exist.

Also I was toying with the idea of an NPC Cecil announcing to the entire game (with mun permission OOCly, without the characters' permission ICly) any player plots or major developments or shenanigans that happened, along with any setting changes/events the mods do. Like the OOC comm could have regular mod post where muns post their characters' goings-on so they could include them in the radio show.

I also just really love this setting for a game because you wouldn't even need to explain how or why anybody shows up, characters can keep their powers for the most part, and it's very friendly to AUs/previous game transplants.

there's been quite a bit of talk from the mod, but i haven't seen them around lately and they never linked the comm.

so idk if it's still on or not

Aw man.

I also had some other ideas:

-if a character is dropped and a different mun apps them in, how the previous mun decided their character would leave determines why this muses' memories are missing:
--just phased out of existence: time/space rift or it's an alternate universe
--taken by the Sheriff's Secret Police: their not remembering their previous CR is a side-effect of reeducation
and so on.

-Desert Bluffs fourthwall that characters retain memories of (any duplicates are explained as being doppelgangers of the Night Vale muses)

Let events be decided by the podcast. Suddenly, a subway!

Or maybe that'd be the way to run a DR.
