Such is the curse of fixed sidebars! I debated on not making it fixed so it'd look normal on every other resolution but then it loses a lot in terms of functionality.

Thank you! I'd say this is among my favourite designs since it's made to match my codes, and 'very pretty' is what I aim for whenever I make something whether it's for my own use or for the general public.

it's very pretty and easy to navigate, so that's a huge plus. i feel like ease of use is sometimes sacrificed for the sake of making a layout look nice.

i have to ask. do you have a layout or coding journal that you post things to?

That's what I feel with a lot of layouts too- it's fine if you're the only one using it but I like to share my old layouts so they have to be workable in all aspects. And indeed I do, it's
