there's no substance to dead fantasy. the fights in RWBY are basically the shame shit he was doing there.

Loving it so far, although I wish the episodes were longer so we could progress faster through high school shenanigans. Considering it's a small production company though, I can't really complain.

personally I think it's awesome. I find the characters are all very stable and well-written and I agree with above anon I just wish episodes were longer.

I also wish people would stop trying to compare it to other shit and just enjoy it for what it is; RT doing their own thing. They got shit for not being 'real machinima' when they started RvB, they got shit when they introduced CGI into RvB, and the anons throwing shitfits about RWBY 'not being real anime' aren't any different.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinions but *yawn* these haters are getting tiresome and annoying.

I honestly didn't expect RWBY to be as polarizing as it seems to be.

stable, sure. for the five minutes we get to see them. not that there's anything wrong with that, the team works with what they're given, so i personally think it's way, way, way too early to judge a character considering you can only have so much screen time in what, five episodes? and to juggle the growing cast among these five minutes is hard as dicks, so. stable, sure.

well-written, well... again, you can only judge the little we've seen. in my opinion it seems a little too anime, like they're trying to squeeze in anime cliches where they can (like ruby's chibi scene yikes). it may just seem forced with the new voice actors/actresses, though, so i'm excited to see how the flow will improve as the series goes on.

everyone is really just so eager to judge these five minute episodes that follow four girls and then some.

I just know I've been a fan of RvB for YEARS and right now I'm more excited about RWBY than I am RvB.

In fact I almost forgot there was a new RvB episode out today until my friend reminded me, but every Thursday is RWBY day.

I'm not ashamed to be excited about something this early; I like it, it makes me giddy watching it, and so far every episode has made me anticipate the next that much more. I guess it doesn't really matter if it is stable, or if it is 'anime' or whatever. Whatever it is, I like it, and I want more, and I'd really like some people to discuss it with, which is why I'm here and not at wankgate.

nothing wrong with being excited for it. i think it'll be best when the first season is done and put on a disc so we can watch the episodes consecutively. but being quick to judge is different than being excited, and i think that may be why some people are just so turned off. their loss.

i just really want to know more about all the characters. there's nothing wrong with what's being put out! i like all of it and i just really want to see how the series will evolve and improve. i am absolutely dying to see more of blake for sure, and lie ren too.

i felt so much embarrassment trying to watch the first episode that i just gave up and moved on. idk it has potential but i don't think it'll tap into it. time will tell...
