rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.

Thanks so much to everyone who's replied so far :). Lots of good points have been brought up for me to consider.

It's nice to know that the playerbase is friendly and backtagging is a norm. Meeting AC seems fairly easy, too. The setting that some of you called 'plain' actually sounds ideal to me. I agree with the comment "it really comes down to what the character makes of it."

I would probably bring in an OC but if not that, the one (obscure) fandom character I might play does not have canonmates at Ruby City. Cross-canon tagging would be all I do in both cases.

As for the arrival/introduction, your comments have eased my mind about it. After some thought, I now have an idea how to handle it. I don't know if it's original idea at all but it would make sense for my character at least.
