I threw my pie for you

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

I think if your life is so hectic right now that you can't manage to do revisions within a week or two, then you should probably put off apping new characters until things settle down. The mods probably won't care if you app a third time (although they might side-eye you a little and assume you're extremely sensitive to crit), but it's a bad idea to join a new game if you don't have the time to play.

Couldn't have said it better. You've already been unable to provide revisions twice due to real life and that's honestly less of a problem than running into issues with AC, so I'd recommend taking a breather and applying only after your RL is absolutely settled.

these are also good points. my schedule tends to shift almost every other week, so free time is still a questionable thing for me.

yeah don't take this the wrong way, but maybe you should pull some friends in for some museboxing or find a dr until your schedule leaves you with time for a game.

if you can't even get revisions done within a couple of weeks, how good are you going to be at maintaining threads? will your castmates want to deal with your semi-permanent hiatus status?
