i want to play a char who's op as all hell

but too dumb/lazy/apathetic to use their powers for godmodding and uses his powers for minuscule things like lighting a campfire, magicking themselves a pizza or looking for the remote under couch cushions

do anons know of any characters like this?

if they use their magic like a dumbass that's fine too

like if they don't have any eggs they don't have to magick themselves some maybe they'll teleport to the store or summon a phoenix to fly them there when it's 5 minutes away by foot

One character I have in mind from the top of my head is Yukari from Touhou, who is even more op for an already op universe, but she is really, really lazy, and fandom puts her up as a huge troll.

we're a little hesitant about ocs because it takes us longer to tell if they're being played well, but quite a few of us like them

i'd play my magic-using oc off yours and he could be incredibly offended by yours' gross misuse of power

hmm... maybe kyousuke from zettai karen children? he's godmode as hell when he wants to be, but he's just as likely to use his powers for stupid shit, like riding around on a dolphin-powered invisible cruise ship and buying ice cream for his minions.

jake the dog from adventure time has ridiculously powerful shape shifting abilities that he mostly uses for dumb junk

sailor moon kind of counts since she saves the earth several times but she's much more interested in abusing her powers for dumb junk

now i want a thread where jake and sailor moon abuse their powers for dumb junk together

it would probably be for food, let's be real (especially bacon pancakes)
