I have a couple questions, though they're kind of general over all. How fast is the game itself? I just want to know before I app and somehow realize it's too fast/slow for me. Is back tagging okay? I can be kinda slow sometimes much to my complete shame and how is the activity check?

it's medium-paced when nothing is happening, fast when there's an event/intros. most everyone i've threaded with is happy to backtag; probably the friendliest game about it that i've been in. there's a few boomerangers, but for the most part i'd say the average tag speed is on the slower end, and while the game does have its cliques it's really easy to find people who are open to new cr if you're willing to tag out too. ac i've found is very easy if you like logs and actionspam. network is harder imo, but inboxes do count if you're in a pinch.

one thing i've noticed about ev is that new players can find it overwhelming, and my advice is to take it slow and don't overburden yourself. if you get to a post late and it's got 939048039234 responses already, tag into other peoples threads and don't be scared. don't try to force your way into a clique; there are dozens of really friendly people in ev, so if one person gives you a cold shoulder, don't sweat it too much. they're the ones missing out. if a medium divide exists, it's pretty small.

overall, ev isn't the slowest game out there. but there's never a lack of things to do and that's something i really appreciate. hope you'll consider joining us, anon!
