rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

been thinking of joining this game but all the OCs scare me. are they good/bad? any mary-sues i should avoid or is it possible to avoid them at all? who are the decent ones?

Most of the OCs are very good. The ones I like following the most are Ashraf, Vanadi, Martin, Catsovi, Roslyn, Blaine, Mahdi and Sofiya. Nightcap has been fun so far too. There are others that look fun, but I haven't followed them enough to give an opinion.

The only OC I can think to avoid is the succubus OC (have_hat_will_travel). Doesn't give interesting tags/hooks, not a fleshed out world or personality, kind of creepy. There are a couple other OCs that are just really dull/not interesting to play off of, but not as bad as that one.
